Mr. HENDERSONI would refer the hon. Member to paragraph 1 of the Protocol signed by M. Dovgalevski and myself on the 3rd of October. The class of claim to which he refers is included in the various claims and counter-claims to be settled by negotiation between His Majesty's Government and the Soviet Government.
