The SOLICITOR-GENERALNo in formation is available to show the number of prosecutions under the Act of 1875 as amended by the Act of 1927. In reply to the last part of the question one action was taken in the name of the Attorney-General to restrain a municipal corporation from acting upon certain resolutions contrary to Section 6 (1) of the Act of 1927, but with this exception no proceedings have been taken under the Act of 1927.
