Member for Carlisle, as representing the Ecclesiastical Commissioners, if he will state the sums received by the Commissioners from the land in the County Borough of South Shields vested in them in the form of ground rents, short tenancies, mineral royalties, and miscellaneous profits, respectively, for each of the years ended 31st March, 1913, 1918, 1923, and 1928?
§ Mr. MIDDLETONThe particulars for the year ended 31st March, 1928, were given in my reply to the hon. Member's question on the 22nd July last. The preparation of corresponding particulars for the other years mentioned would entail much labour which would unduly interfere with the work of the Commissioners' office. A summary of the Commissioners' rental (although not divided according to local areas) will be found in the Accounts of the Commissioners laid before Parliament year to year.
