asked the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies which of His Majesty's Colonies and Dependencies in Africa provide for the registration of designs for cotton goods; which permit of automatic registration as and when such designs are registered in England; which require payment of fees upon registration; and what the fees are in all such cases?
