§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONAlthough traffic conditions in London differ materially from those prevailing in Paris, I am having inquiries made with a view to ascertaining whether the principle adopted in Paris of prohibiting the sounding of motor horns during certain hours of the night in certain parts of the city would be suitable for experimental trial in some portion of the Metropolitan area.
