§ Mr. LEES-SMITHThe heads of the principal departments of the Post Office are in almost daily contact with each other through the medium of formal committees or informal conferences summoned to consider particular problems as they arise. In my opinion this method of co-operation is more fruitful in results and more economical in time than the procedure referred to in the hon. Member's question.
