HC Deb 04 November 1929 vol 231 c653W
Mr. KELLY

asked the Minister of Health whether Reports have been received from areas in the neighbourhood of artificial silk factories as to the effect on health of the manufacture?

Miss LAWRENCE

Reports have been received from districts in which there are artificial silk works. These are substantially in accord with the views expressed in the Report of the Chief Alkali Inspector, to which reference is made in my reply of the 25th July last to a question from my hon. Friend.
