§ Mr. GROVESasked the Minister of Pensions if he will investigate the circumstances attending the continued refusal of hearing for disability pension to ex-Private Frederick Dipper, of 19, Temple Mill Lane, E.15, No. 6.672, Royal Army Medical Corps; and whether, as this man has recently had a relapse of tuberculosis of the lung, he will expedite an inquiry?
§ Major TRYONIn this case a claim to pension was rejected in 1919, as the result of a medical examination which disclosed no affection of the lung calling for compensation. The Ministry have no later information regarding the case and in the absence of evidence connecting the man's present condition with his War service, I regret that I can take no action.
