§ Mr. PETHICK-LAWRENCEThe whole of the paper purchased by the Stationery Office is obtained from British mills, with the exception of certain special papers and cards which are not made at all in this country, and for which456W no satisfactory British substitute exists. Information is not available as to the original sources of the pulp used by the British mills from whom the purchases of paper are made.
