§ Captain BULLOCKasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs the number of nations which are 'in arrear with the payment of their respective quotas to the League of Nations, giving in each case the amount of such arrears and the period in which payment has not been made; and whether this failure to pay punctually causes any increase in the quotas of nations which do meet their obligations?
