Mr. LOCKER-LAMPSONI would refer the hon. Member to the speeches by the United States and British representatives at Geneva on 22nd April which have been fully reported in the Press, and to the statement which my right hon. Friend made yesterday in reply to a question by the hon. and gallant Member for Central Hull (Lieut.-Commander Kenworthy).
