§ Mr. BETTERTONUnder the provisions of the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1927, the system of extended benefit and the reference of claims to local employment committees was discontinued as from 19th April, 1928. The following table shows the applications for extended benefit considered by the Borough local employment committee during the period 12th April, 1927, to 18th April, 1928.
