HC Deb 14 November 1928 vol 222 c909W
Sir N. GRATTAN-DOYLE

asked the Minister of Health whether he has received a memorandum from the British Medical Association drawing attention to the prevalence of preventable and unnecessary noises and to their effects upon health and efficiency; and whether he proposes to take any action on the suggestions contained in the memorandum?

Sir K. WOOD

Yes, Sir. My right hon. Friend will receive in the near future a deputation on this subject with a representative of the Home Office which is, perhaps, more directly concerned than the Ministry of Health.
