§ Sir W. MITCHELL-THOMSONI am aware of the circumstances to which my hon. Friend refers, but regret that I cannot offer Mr. Miller any further employment in the Post Office service. There is no authority under the Superannuation Acts for making him an award out of public moneys, and there is no fund at my disposal out of which a grant could be made to him.
