§ Colonel ASHLEYThe portion of the one-way traffic experimental system in question, situated north of Watling Street, was discontinued at 6 a.m. on Monday last. The retention of the portion of the system south of Watling Street is now under consideration, and I am in communication with the City Corporation on the subject.
