§ Mr. HACKINGThe British Chamber of Commerce in the Argentine is proposing to organise a British Empire Trade Fair in Buenos Aires from November, 1930, to February, 1931. I have informed the President of the Chamber that my Department will be prepared to cooperate wholeheartedly so soon as a fully representative committee has been formed, and the necessary arrangements have been made for financing the exhibition.
