§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKSThe object in each case was to increase production in certain processes. The numbers expected to be employed under the Orders referred to were 72, 6, 26, 52 and 6 respectively of whom 12, 1, 8, 24 and 0 were young persons between 16 and 18 years of age.
