§ Mr. DENNISONasked the Minister of Health if he has received a copy of a resolution from the Birmingham Board of Guardians requesting that the Government should agree to institute an inquiry into the measures to be taken in order to protect the community from the consequences arising from the procreation of the mentally unfit; and is he prepared to comply with the request?
