§ Sir A. CHAMBERLAINHis Majesty's Minister has to-day signed a treaty recognising China's complete autonomy in respect of the tariff. As regards the last part of his question, I would refer the hon. Member to pages 758 to 760 of the Board of Trade Journal for the 13th instant.
