§ Colonel ASHLEYI think that most drivers of motor vehicles use their headlights when street lighting in villages is insufficient to give a clear view of the road. My attention has not been specially drawn to accidents due to inadequate lighting, and I regret that I have not the data to which the hon. Member refers.
