§ Colonel ASHLEYThe information asked for in the first part of the question is not available, and could only be obtained, if at all, by an examination of each individual police record, A review by the London and Home Counties Traffic Advisory Committee of all the main streets in the London area is in progress, and particular attention is being directed to the provision of refuges with a view to the prevention of accidents. The attention of local authorities has already been drawn to the importance of this matter.
