HC Deb 10 December 1928 vol 223 c1725W
Sir B. FALLE

asked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether, in view of the recent concessions to naval tuberculosis cases, he will review all cases of men invalided through this disability who, after 31st August, 1928, disputed the naval medical board's ruling that the disability was not attributable to service?

Lieut.-Colonel HEADLAM

I would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the reply I gave to the hon. Member for Devonport (Mr. Hore-Belisha) on 28th November [OFFICIAL REPORT, cols. 405–6].
