JOYNSON-HICKSThe only thing I would add to the answer which I gave on the 10th November is that I am aware that since then it has been suggested that if I had made further inquiries I should have found that these matches were sold at other State-owned premises. I believed this to be untrue at the time, and I still believe it. I have made further inquiries.
