HC Deb 16 November 1927 vol 210 c1046W
Sir A. HOLBROOK

asked the Secretary of State for War if his attention has been called to the recent discovery, near Hargicourt, of the bodies of four British soldiers who fell in the Great War; and whether it has been possible to identify these soldiers?

Sir L. WORTHINGTON-EVANS

The four bodies referred to were discovered at the end of September near Hargicourt, and were identified as British by their uniform, but I regret that individual identification was not possible.
