§ Colonel LANE FOXParliament has made provision in the Mining Industry Act, 1926, for a report on this subject after the expiration of two years from the passing of that Act. I have made arrangements by which authoritative information will be available next autumn for the purpose of this report, which I am not prepared to anticipate by giving, by way of question and answer, information that would necessarily be incomplete and might be misleading.
