§ Mr. RONALD McNEILLThe number of candidates who qualified at the last (September, 1926) examination for typists was 327, all of whom have now been declared successful. According to the information in the possession of the Civil Service Commissioners, 144 of the above candidates were serving at the date of the examination as temporary typists or temporary shorthand typists in Government Departments.
