§ Sir A. STEEL-MAITLANDMy information is that the appeal was heard by the Court on 20th December and allowed, and that the applicant, having found work in the meantime, was informed accordingly in a communication from the Employment Exchange dated 29th December, in which he was asked to call to receive the amount of benefit due. Up to the 28th February he had not done so.
