Mr. CHAMBERLAINThe answer to the first part of the question is in the negative. As regards the second part, I am given to understand that the shops in question are milk shops, and the action referred to is apparently action taken under Section 2 of the Milk and Dairies (Amendment) Act, 1922, by the responsible local authority. An appeal lies to a Court of Summary Jurisdiction.
