§ Colonel DAYasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the danger caused to the public on account of vehicles not being compelled to carry lights in the daytime during fog, he will consider the necessity of making Regulations compelling all vehicles to carry both front and rear lights at all times when weather conditions make it necessary?
