PERRINGasked the Minister of Health whether, in view of the fact that he is empowered by Clause 2 (2) of the Town Planning Act, 1925, to refuse to approve any scheme except with such modifications and subject to such conditions as he thinks fit to impose, he will so modify the proposals of the Hendon Rural District Council in respect of Stan-more as to prevent the destruction of the beauties of that village by the erection of shops facing the village green?
