§ Captain KINGThe scheme cannot be applied to the Research Department2612W pending the fixing of a permanent establishment, which is dependent upon the Report of the Committee to which the hon. Member refers. I cannot yet say when the reorganisation will be carried out, but the seven established men, who alone would be affected by a provisional establishment, have agreed to await assimilation until the permanent establishment is fixed.
