§ Major TRYONThe number of complaints regarding delay or difficulty in the payment of pensions received in the Issue Office, Scotland, during the months of December, January and February last was 45, 56 and 39, respectively. In the large majority of these cases delay had arisen owing to the fault of the pensioner.
