§ Sir B. CHADWICKI am informed that the steamer "Elphinstone" arrived at Copenhagen on the 12th February. Under the Rules, one wireless operator was required. No operator was carried346W during the voyage in question. The vessel does not hold a passenger certificate issued by the Board of Trade. The total number of crew carried was 24.
