asked the Postmaster-General if he will state the average length of service of the first, second and third batch of 20 writing assistants, respectively, employed in the London telephone service, and the average length of service of the 10 most senior members of the typing grades in the same branches of his Department; what is the average length of service of the 10 most renior members of the typing grades employed in the secretary's office, and the date when the last promotion to the clerical class took place from the ranks of the typing staff in the secretary's office; and what is the average length of service of the first, second and third batch of 20 writing assistants, respectively, employed in the money order department?
