Member's attention to a speech made at the Mansion House on 15th December last, in which the President of the Association of Chambers of Commerce made it clear that the opposition1560W expressed at the inquiries of Committees under the Safeguarding of Industries procedure does not represent the view of the London Chamber of Commerce, but only that of a section of the Chamber.
