§ Viscount WOLMERThe existing service at the Pound Hill Exchange is on a magneto basis and is reported to work efficiently. I find that a subscriber was informed in July last that a change in the system of working at the exchange was contemplated in connection with an extension of the equipment. The claims of more urgent work have prevented the alteration being undertaken as soon as was originally anticipated, but the work is expected to be completed within the next two months.
