HC Deb 15 February 1926 vol 191 cc1565-6W
Viscount SANDON

asked the Postmaster-General if he will state, with regard to the arrears of leave of 35 years ago accumulated by Post Office servants, when acting as boy messengers, which are now being granted, how many employés and working days are involved; whether existing Regulations provide any limitation as to the period for meeting these arrears; why they accumulated unnoticed; and whether existing machinery will make a repetition of such a situation impossible?

Viscount WOLMER
