HC Deb 11 February 1926 vol 191 c1271W
Mr. MACLEAN

asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury whether he is aware that letters soliciting donations were sent to various persons last December by a body calling itself the British Fascists' Carol Party, in envelopes bearing the words "On His Majesty's Service "; how those envelopes came into the possession of this body: whether they were authorised to use them; and, if so, by whom was such authority given?

Mr. McNEILL

Any such use of official envelopes was entirely irregular, and if the hon. Member will give me any information on the subject in his possession, I will make further inquiries.
