Mr. DAVIDSONIn reply to the first part of the question, I would refer the hon. and gallant Member to my reply of 16th December last to the hon. and gallant Member for Central Hull (Lieut.-Commander Kenworthy). The arrangements detailed therein are made by the Admiralty. As regards the second part, the total payments received by the Admiralty to date from various firms amount to about £5,700.
