§ Mr. PETHICK-LAWRENCEasked the Secretary of State for War if he will state, with regard to the clerical re-organisation of the Army pay offices, whether the decisions as to the permanent establishment of each office which the Financial Secretary announced in June last to be then being taken, and on 8th December to be in an advanced state, are now completed; and when the complements will be promulgated?
