§ Mr. HAYESasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury the approximate numbers of established civil servants covered by the Workmen's Compensation Acts; unestablished civil servants covered by the Workmen's Compensation Acts; established civil servants not so covered; unestablished civil servants not so covered; the approximate number of cases of injury in the discharge of duty amongst those in these classes, respectively, during each of the last five covenient years; and the approximate total amounts paid in each of those years in respect of such cases amongst these classes, respectively, divided, if possible., as between the approximate total of lump-sum payments to the injured officers and the approximate total amounts paid in fatal cases to the next-of-kin?
