§ Captain HACKINGIn the County of Glamorgan and the cities and boroughs therein 256 persons were prosecuted under the Emergency Regulations and 433 under the ordinary law for offences connected with the emergency. The number of cases was smaller. In 150 cases evidence was given by members of the police force of the district and in 15 cases by members of other forces.
