CHAMBERLAINSo far as I can ascertain, the pre-War loans raised by the Finnish Government and municipalities from British nationals for railways and other public utility services amount to £4,440,000, of which approximately £4,000,000 is still outstanding. Interest and sinking fund on these loans is being paid by the Finnish Government.
