§ Colonel ASHLEYThe importance of this matter is fully appreciated, and the question whether effect can be given to the hon. Member's suggestion and, if so, the best method of doing so, is now under consideration by the London Traffic Advisory Committee. The matter, however, is one which is not free from difficulties.
