§ Sir H. BARNSTONI have been asked to reply. The Ministry is fully informed of the methods which are adopted in Denmark for the control and treatment of1178W foot-and-mouth disease, and is in close touch with the research work which is being carried out at various centres on the Continent. I should mention however, that foot-and-mouth disease has been life in Denmark during the last 12 months and has led the Danish authorities to send a representative to study methods of control adopted in this country.
