GILMOURThe provision of schools and classes for mentally-defective children in the towns and rural districts of Scotland, as at 31st July, 1923, is stated in Table 4 of the latest "Return showing Grant-earning Day Schools and Institutions," a copy of which I am sending to the hon. Member. Since the date of that Return the number of schools and classes has been increased, but the final figures are not yet available.
