SYKESasked the Prime Minister whether arrangements will be made to prevent the public pronouncements by service members of the Committee of Imperial Defence of personal views in regard to defence policy and strategy, and to limit any statements which it may be necessary to make to the considered opinions of the Committee as a whole?
