§ Earl WINTERTONA committee appointed by the Government of India, with my Noble Friend's concurrence, to48W make recommendations as to the reorganisation of the Royal Indian Marine, has recently reported, but no decisions have yet been taken on the Report. If any reductions are finally decided upon, the question of compensation will, of course, be fully considered.
