Mr. WOODI have been asked to reply. I would refer the hon. Gentleman to the reply which was given to him yesterday, and I would add that the provision in the Act as to the payment of fair wages applies only to persons employed in connection with the manufacture of sugar or molasses, and such manufacture has not yet commenced at the factories referred to.
