§ Mr. BUXTONThe general Report on the Small Holdings Acts and the Land Settlement (Facilities) Act is in course of preparation, and will, I hope, be ready for publication before the end of the year. The Report of the Proceedings under the Small Holdings Colonies Acts has been sent to press, and will, I understand, be published next week.
